    I just moved in today abd so far is horrible they are un organized they never answer the office phone they don't follow up with you they pretty much have a the lease agreement and went to deal with other people didn't even sat down thru the process of explaining nothing it's been 45 mins the moving company I hired that chargers pwevthe hour it's still park and wating for them to get it together! I ran out of time looking for apertments. Ithe customer services here is incompetent to max! IF YOU CARE ABOUT SERVICE LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! BIG THUMPS DOWN

    The worst company ever. Good luck trying to cut ties. Sent a cancellation notice but "they didn't receive it" ...twice. Their reasoning: because their address changed. Sent them an email and "they didn't receive it" because their privacy settings got switched. Months later and I'm still dealing with them because they keep billing me even though they were supposed to cancel my coverage. Contacting them by phone is impossible. You'll get a receptionist who tells you they'll call you back...nope.
